We are 108 REAL ESTATE, a real estate consultancy that has focused exclusively on commercial real estate since 2009.

Our team of experts cultivates an approach to clients that is distinctive to our company, combining expertise and a wealth of experience with integrity and a human touch.

Since our inception, we have had a hand in deals covering more than 107 million sq ft and in doing so we have carved out a strong position among estate agencies.

Clients approach us to arrange commercial property lettings and sales, provide investment advice, and market and manage development projects. We have worked in particular with logistics, wholesale, manufacturing and e-commerce companies.

At the end of 2021, we proudly became the exclusive alliance partner of BNP Paribas Real Estate for the Czech Republic. This strategic partnership has enabled us to significantly grow our team of consultants, expand our service portfolio, and extend our operations to new countries. Since 2024, we are also part of the BNP Paribas Real Estate alliance in Slovakia.
